Deleting your BetMate account

In the app (immediately)

Open BetMate and sign in.
Go to More → Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted on the spot.

Without the app (by email)

Send an email to vvvaidevelopment@gmail.com with the subject “Delete BetMate account”, from the address you signed up with, so we know the request comes from you. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

your account (email address and encrypted password);
your bet journal;
your settings (bankroll, ticket of the day rules).

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We keep no copies of your account, journal or settings. Only the hosting provider’s technical logs (IP address and sign-in time) are kept for a few more days and are then deleted automatically.
